Job Description
- Pick, sort, and pack fruit/vegetables efficiently.

- Physically active but rewarding, with fresh air and team camaraderie.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- No formal qualifications needed for entry-level picking (training provided).
- For post-harvest leading hand: Some supervisory or horticulture experience preferred; leadership skills essential.
- Good fitness level, reliable, and positive attitude.
- English communication (basic to intermediate).
- Clean criminal record and valid passport.
- Open to foreigners; many employers sponsor via AEWV or RSE (RSE mainly for certain Pacific nations, but AEWV more flexible for others including Nigerians).
